Shane is a conservation ecologist & planner working on the restoration of aquatic landscapes and resources. Aside from lending support community & citizen science inititives he specialises in ecohydrology, protected areas policy & planning, and building resilience to natural hazards and climate change.
He currently works part-time as an environmental consultant, and part-time as a Research Associate at the University of Canterbury.
